Our return policy extends for 30 days from the date of item receipt. Items must be unused, unworn, clean, and in the original packaging with all accessories/manuals included.

1. Foam Filled Bean Bag Chairs once opened (vacuum‑packed for shipping; opening expands the product and prevents return transit).
2. Customized/personalized items.
3. Final‑sale/clearance items.
4. Items returned without prior authorization or beyond the 30‑day window.

Our selected fabrics are durable and designed to last for years. For routine cleaning, we recommend spot cleaning with lukewarm water and a mild soap. The cover can also be machine washed on a warm setting. Please air-dry only and avoid bleaching, ironing, or dry-cleaning our fabrics.
With extensive use, the filling may gradually shrink over time. You can refill your bag entirely or simply top it up as needed.
