Returns & Refund Policy (U.S. Orders Only)

Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for most items delivered to a U.S. address.

Return Eligibility
Items must be unused, unworn, clean, and in the original packaging with all accessories/manuals included.
Non‑returnable items (unless defective or damaged on arrival):
1. Foam Filled Bean Bag Chairs once opened (vacuum‑packed for shipping; opening expands the product and prevents return transit).
2. Customized/personalized items.
3. Final‑sale/clearance items.
4. Items returned without prior authorization or beyond the 30‑day window.

Defective/Damaged on Arrival (DOA)
If an item arrives defective or damaged, email hello@kkuso.com within 7 calendar days of delivery with your order number and photos/videos of the issue. We will arrange a repair, replacement, or prepaid return.

How to Start a Return (RMA Required)
Email hello@kkuso.com with your order number, item(s), and reason for return.
We'll issue a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) and provide the return address and packing instructions.
Ship the item back within 14 days of receiving the RMA. Use a trackable service and keep the receipt. Unauthorised returns may be refused.

Return Shipping Costs
Change‑of‑mind / not a defect: Customer pays return shipping. If we provide a prepaid label at your request, its actual cost will be deducted from the refund.
Defective/Damaged on arrival or wrong item sent: We cover return shipping (prepaid label).
Packages returned due to incorrect address, delivery refusal, or unclaimed shipments may incur carrier redelivery/return charges, which can be deducted from the refund.

Exchanges
We don't process direct exchanges. Please place a new order after your return is refunded.

Where to Buy/Return
Purchases made through third‑party retailers must be returned to the original place of purchase per their policy.

Limited Warranty (Summary)
We provide a 12‑month limited warranty from the delivery date covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, improper care, accidental damage, unauthorised modifications, or color/texture variations. To make a warranty claim, contact hello@kkuso.com with your order number, description of the issue, and photos/videos.
