Please be advised that complimentary fabric samples are not available at the present time. Please be assured that we are endeavoring to make this service available to our clients in the near future. We will notify you promptly once it is implemented.
Our fabrics are technically washable, but we discourage this approach as it involves a complicated disassembly process.
Order
If your order has not been processed yet, we are happy to assist you in making changes.
If your order has not yet been processed, we can help you update it. In some instances, this may involve canceling your original order and placing a new one.
Feel free to reach out to us directly at hello@kkuso.com to determine if there is still an opportunity to modify your order before processing.
Once an order has been placed and processed for dispatch, we regret that cancellation or alterations are not possible.
During busy or promotional periods, our primary focus is on swiftly fulfilling orders, which may affect our ability to accommodate last-minute changes.
If the item(s) do not meet your expectations, we encourage you to consider exchanging them for a preferred style or returning them for a refund, in accordance with our returns policy.
Our beanbags are sometime shipped in separate packages, so it's possible they may arrive at different times. If you haven't received all your packages, we kindly request your patience for a few days.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the damaged order. Please reach out hello@kkuso.com, and we will swiftly arrange a replacement for the damaged part.
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
When your order is shipped, we send you an email containing a tracking number. If you did not receive this email, please email hello@kkuso.com.
Orders are dispatched 2-3 business days of products in stock. We work with major shipping partners in USA to bring the best experience to you. Upon placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email once it's received by our team. When your order is ready for shipment, you'll get an email notification containing tracking information. Shipping charges are non-refundable for returns. For additional information, please refer to our Shipping&Return page.
Our office is based in Sydney, our California warehouse is now operational, all orders will be shipped from CA. Additional warehouses will be launched soon.
Products in stock are usually dispatched in the next 2-3 business days of purchase.
We provide free shipping to selected areas. Shipping fees may apply to other areas. For additional information, please refer to our Shipping&Return page.
We offer 30 day risk free return, no question asked.If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Simply fill out the return form with your order number, name and contact details and return the product within 30 days, you will get a full refund of the product cost. Please note, KKUSO will not refund shipping costs.
