Shipping Coverage
We currently ship within the United States only. Delivery is available to most addresses across the 48 contiguous states. At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or P.O. Boxes.

Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and product size/weight.
FOAM FILLED BEAN BAG Chairs: Free shipping is available in selected metropolitan areas. Other regions will show the applicable delivery fee at checkout.
BEAN FILLED BEAN BAG Chairs: Standard shipping rates apply and are automatically calculated at checkout.
All shipping costs are displayed before you confirm payment. No hidden charges.

Processing Time
Orders for in-stock items are typically processed and dispatched within 3 business days. Filled beanbags or oversized items may require up to 7 business days for handling and packaging before shipment.

Delivery Time
Standard delivery typically takes 3–8 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and courier availability. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak season demand.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to your email. You can track your package directly through the carrier's website. If the first delivery attempt fails, the carrier will arrange a redelivery. Additional fees may apply based on the carrier's policy.

Delivery Exceptions & Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses, incomplete information, or absence of the recipient.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or delivery refusal, reshipping fees will apply.

Taxes & Import Duties
All prices on this website are in U.S. dollars (USD) and include applicable U.S. sales taxes where required. No additional import duties or customs fees apply for domestic U.S. shipments.

Returns & Refund Policy (U.S. Orders Only)

Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for most items delivered to a U.S. address.

Return Eligibility
Items must be unused, unworn, clean, and in the original packaging with all accessories/manuals included.
Non-returnable items (unless defective or damaged on arrival):
Foam-Filled Bean Bag Chairs once opened (vacuum-packed for shipping; opening expands the product and prevents return transit).
Customized or personalized items.
Final-sale or clearance items.
Items returned without prior authorization or beyond the 30-day window.

Defective / Damaged on Arrival (DOA)
If an item arrives defective or damaged, please email hello@kkuso.com within 7 calendar days of delivery with your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue. We will arrange a repair, replacement, or a prepaid return label at no cost to you.

How to Start a Return (RMA Required)
Email hello@kkuso.com with your order number, item(s), and reason for return.
We’ll issue a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) and provide the return address and packing instructions.
Ship the item back within 14 days of receiving the RMA. Use a trackable service and keep the receipt.
Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Return Shipping Costs
Change-of-mind / not a defect: Customer pays return shipping. If we provide a prepaid label at your request, its actual cost will be deducted from your refund.
Defective/Damaged on arrival or wrong item sent: We cover return shipping (prepaid label provided).
Packages returned due to incorrect address, delivery refusal, or unclaimed shipments may incur carrier redelivery/return charges, which can be deducted from the refund.

Refund Method & Timing
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method used for your order. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider (e.g., credit card issuer, PayPal, Afterpay).
Refunds will be issued for the product price paid, minus:
any applicable shipping charges,
the cost of any prepaid return label (if used), and
any deductions under Promotion Terms (e.g., unreturned free gifts).
We do not refund original shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or our error.

Free Gift with Purchase
Occasionally, we offer free gifts (e.g., “Buy a Bean Bag, Get a Free Ottoman”) as part of a promotion.
To receive a full refund for the qualifying item, the free gift must be returned unused and in its original packaging. If the free gift is not returned, we will deduct its retail value (as shown on kkuso.com at the time of purchase) from your refund. If your order included multiple qualifying items, one (1) free gift applies per qualifying item and must be returned with that item. For defective or damaged-on-arrival items, the same rule applies—please include the free gift with your return unless otherwise instructed.

Exchanges
We don't process direct exchanges. Please place a new order once your return has been refunded.

Where to Return
We'll issue a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) and provide the return address and packing instructions.

Limited Warranty (Summary)

We provide a 12-month limited warranty from the delivery date covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, improper care, accidental damage, unauthorised modifications, or color/texture variations.
To make a warranty claim, contact hello@kkuso.com with your order number, issue description, and photos/videos. We will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion in accordance with applicable law.
