Shipping to USA

We now offer shipping to USA for selected products.
For LOUNGE Chairs: We provide complimentary shipping in specified regions. Shipping fees may apply to other areas.
For BEAN BAGs: Shipping fees apply and will be calculated at checkout based on volume and location.
Typically, all in-stock products are dispatched within 3 business days. Please note filled beanbags may have a longer dispatching time.

Shipping Info

Tracking information will be sent to you via email after your order has been dispatched. Should the initial delivery attempt fail due to absence of recipient, the courier will contact you to arrange a second delivery. Please be advised that redelivery may involve additional fees.

Order delivery includes the order processing time and the estimated delivery time
Order processing time: 1-4 working days
Estimated delivery time: 7-10 working days
Shipping method: Shipments are primarily conducted through FedEx.
Shipping cost: The shipping cost shall be determined based on the specific product and the destination zone. Enter your postal code on the checkout page to see the exact cost.

30-Day Return & Refund Policy

We value our customers and want you to have peace of mind when purchasing from us. If you're not happy for any reason, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Conditions:
Eligible Items: Must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase (e.g., order number).
Non-Returnable: Perishable goods, personalized/custom items, and final sale products.

Return

If you are not entirely satisfied with our Beanbag, we’re here to help. Simply get in touch with your order number, name and contact details and return the product within 30 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, deemed suitable for resale (unless faulty). 
Our Lounge Chairs are vacuum-packed for shipping. Once opened, they cannot be returned due to their expanded size and weight. 
We suggest tracking delivery if you send the product back so that our signature is required upon receipt of the item because we will not issue a refund if the returned item does not reach us.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee & processing fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee & processing fee for this reason.

Refund

Shipping already incurred by us cannot be refunded even for free shipping. The processing fees charged by payment gateway is not refundable, fees are listed below:
Stripe: 3%
Paypal: 3%
Afterpay: 7%
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to original method of payment within 3 to 7 business days. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
